Mrs. Rhodes is the co-founder and Chief Talent Management Officer for Eiffel Staffing. She manages the organization’s internal and contract talent management operations. Her essential role is to develop strong contract pipelines, oversee client recruiting process, and manage all in house recruiting team members. She constantly develops learning programs for the internal and contract organization that keeps them abreast of industry trends. She is responsible for developing a strong recruitment infrastructure that provides clients with the most professional and qualified talent in the legal and executive industry.
Mrs. Rhodes is no stranger to recruiting top legal and executive talent. She has worked in the legal and executive recruiting industry for over 5 years. After finishing law school, Mrs. Rhodes started her career as a Legal Recruiter for a multi-million-dollar legal staffing agency. She hired and managed over 200 attorneys and paralegals onsite. From there, she has worked for two Fortune 40 companies and served as the Assistant Director in Career Services for a law school.
Mrs. Rhodes has touched all facets of legal recruiting – from entry level to c-suite placements as well as professional development and training. When she works with legal clients and hiring managers, she can calm their hiring fears and assist them in selecting the best candidate for the role. In addition, she prepares candidates for hiring process to assure that they handle the process professionally. Legal hiring is convoluted but she has the knowledge, courage, and stamina to handle the process. Mrs. Rhodes is known for providing exceptional candidate and client experiences. Because of this, she has lasting relationships within the legal profession and utilizes her strong network when sourcing and recruiting.
Mrs. Rhodes not only has a legal recruiting background but she has a legal education too. She can explain positions and responsibilities as a peer rather than an ordinary HR professional. Her candidates can ask the tough questions and she can handle them. In addition, hiring managers are comfortable with speaking to her about their openings and trust her process while handling legal placements. Courtney obtained her Juris Doctor and Legal Law of Masters (LL.M.) in Taxation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Mrs. Rhodes obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Bobby is the co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Eiffel Staffing. As Chief Strategy Officer, Bobby is responsible for corporate integration and strategic planning, business development, finance, and capacity building through supplier diversity initiatives.
As an entrepreneur and practicing business attorney with the Robinson Law Group (RLG), Bobby has advised corporations of all sizes on matters related to corporate transactions, corporate governance, commercial real estate, risk management, regulatory compliance, and trademark law. Additionally, Bobby has served as a trusted strategic advisor on matters of business growth and strategy, as well as the evaluation and strength of supplier diversity programming.
Bobby has a unique professional background that affords him the opportunity to provide practical advice to his clients and prospective candidates. He has spent time in local government leading Economic Development and Small Business programming and has worked in various corporate settings leading project management teams, risk and compliance, litigation/discovery facilitation, and supplier diversity.
During law school, Bobby was a top performer, and graduated in the top 10% of his class. This provided him with opportunities to participate in prestigious internship opportunities such as serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Albert Diaz, U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, 3L extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Western District of North Carolina, and summer clerk with the City of Charlotte, City Attorney’s Office.
In addition to his Juris Doctor, Bobby also holds two master’s degrees in Business Administration/Finance, and Public Administration. Furthermore, Bobby has also completed the Harvard Management Mentor program.
Bobby resides in Harrisburg, NC and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, reading, and traveling the world – especially to a tropical destination.
